Items sold by Baytter.com Items that are described as returnable and exchangeable on trade description or catalogue. Items during the warranty period, which is marked in each commodity details. Items without man-made damage and in its original packaging. Items with all accessories, gifts (if any), manual, the original invoice and warranty card.

How to return or exchange an item?
In case you want to return or exchange an item for some reason, please in the first place contact our online customer service to make sure if it satisfies our Return and Exchange Policy. If it does, you may continue to discuss with us about how to return or exchange your item. Then you can post it back to us in its original packaging on your charge. We will ship a new one to you for free.
