4. If your address is not listed in above-mentioned regions, please contact our customer service to change shipping method and you may need to be charged for additional shipping costs.

5. Your products will be delivered to the shipping address you submitted. We are not responsible for any loss caused by incorrect or unreachable address. Please check your shipping address and contact information before payment.

6. The delivery time may be extended due to unforeseen bad weather or customs clearance. We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Please feel free to contact us to check the delivery status at any time.

7. If you haven’t received your items after 20 days from the delivery date yet, please contact us immediately.

8. If we do not receive any query or notification that you have not yet received the products within 30 days from the date of delivery,  then we think you have received the products. Therefore, Baytter is no longer responsible for any loss of delivery.

10. Please check the completeness of your package carefully (including accessories). Do not sign if you receive a damaged one and contact our customer service.

11. Please do unpack the package and make sure that items are intact and undamaged before signing for the parcels. You should deny signing once there is anything abnormal and reflect it to our customer service instantly. Thus, a replacement will be arranged for you after our confirmation. Otherwise, you will be asked for proves by express companies for only a partial compensation if any missing parts or damage is put forward after your signing.
